Maggie Grace Hakkında

Maggie Grace Denig (d. 21 Ekim 1983, Columbus, Ohio), ABD'li oyuncu. 2004 yılında yayınlanmaya başlayan Emmy ödüllü Lost dizisinde Shannon Rutherford adlı karakteri canlandırmaktadır.Grace, Worthington, Ohio'da doğdu. Fakat şu anda Los Angeles'da yaşamaktadır.

Grace ekranlarda ilk kez haftalık bir internet yapımı olan Rachel's Room adlı programda göründü. Program, Sony'e ait olan ScreenBlast adlı internet sitesinde 2001-2002 yıllarında yayınlandı. Ardından 2002'de kariyerine "Murder in Greenwich" ve "Shop Club" adlı filmlerde başrol oynayarak devam etti. 2003 yılında "12 Mile Road" adlı filmde Tom Selleck ve Wendy Crewson'un sorunlu kızını canlandırdı.

Fakat Grace, tembel ve bencil kız Shannon Rutherford rolüyle Lost adlı dizide yer alarak parladı. Diziden sonra yer aldığı bir diğer proje, bir John Carpenter filmi olan "The Fog"'dur. Bu filmde Smallville dizisinden Tom Welling de Grace ile oynamaktadır.

Söylentilere göre X-Men 3 adlı filmde Shadowcat adlı karakteri canlandırması için Maggie Grace'e teklif yapıldığı, ancak Grace'in bu teklifi Lost ile konratı olması nedeniyle reddetiği belirtilmiştir. Fakat Grace bir röportajında bunu ilk defa duyduğunu, böyle bir şey olmadığını ve bu duruma çok şaşırmış olduğunu söylemiştir.

Ayrıca romandan uyarlama olan Suburban Girl adlı filmde, Sarah Michelle Gellar ve Alec Baldwin ile beraber yer almaktadır.

Her ne kadar kanıtlanamasa da Grace'in Lost dizisinde üvey kardeşini canlandıran Ian Somerhalder ile birlikte olduğu söylenmektedir.
